Symphony is a 1929 21ft launch built by Morris Brothers Boat Company of Hamilton Ontario.

Symphony was found in storage at Campbell's Landing Marina Ltd in Gravenhurst, Ontario.

It had been abandoned and was purchased for back storage costs in March of 1995.

Symphony is the only known boat of this make and model in the United States .

It is the only one registered in the ACBS directory.

Restoration was performed by Lance Wilson and included the removal of a fiberglass bottom that had been attached to the hull.

The hull was completely rebuilt and encapsulated from keel to deck.

This hull appeared to be a base model and the restoration upgraded it to the appearance of the top line models based on photographs.

The engine is a 1.1 liter Buchanan Midget flat head L4.

This small engine and transmission requires a total of four quarts of oil and burns approximately one gallon of gas per hour at a slow cruise speed.

The engine was rebuilt by George Shin.

This engine -carburetor combination is rated at 25hp.

Restoration was completed in August of 1998.

Symphony was moved from MIchigan to Smith Mountain Lake Virginia in the summer of 2000.
